Mr. Kari Kostamo is the company’s General Manager and he is based in Sydney, Australia. Kari was appointed to his role in March 2009 and has more than 25 years experience in international business ranging from senior management roles in Nokia and Nokia Networks to establishing and driving the expansion of an animal health company, TuffRock Pty Limited. He brings CrossPoint an invaluable mix of experience and understanding of telecommunications business with the management skills required to take a small company to the next levels in the pursuit of global leadership position.

Mr. Ari Beilinson is Business Development Director based in Helsinki, Finland and he is responsible for driving the company’s business growth in Europe. Ari has over 20 years experience in senior sales, business development and product management roles in various international companies including IBM, Nokia, Nokia Networks and SRV.

Mr. Paul Dunstan is Global Account Manager being responsible for the company’s largest current customers. Paul is based in Sydney and has been with CrossPoint since 2005. Before joining Crosspoint he worked for the last 13 years as the manager of corporate sales teams in a number of IT companies including Harris technologies and CX Computers.

Mr. Soichi Takahashi is the Business Development Manager responsible for developing new business with Japanese corporations having subsidiaries or other operations in Australia and Japan. Soichi is based in Sydney and he has been working in a number of technical, marketing, project management and business development roles in IT organizations for the past 30 years, including American Express, IBM and Sun Microsystems. He also ran his own IT consultancy company during the 1990’s.
