Infrastructure
The Crosspoint platform can be built on redundant modular hardware components, which also have various redundant internal components. Hardware components can act as a fail over member making the system totally redundant and self healing, traditional PBXs cannot achieve this level of high availability. Having the service hosted in-house and with around the clock monitoring we can detect any possible hardware issue before you do. Our automatic monitoring systems would even warn us if a phone has been disconnected for a certain period of time, making sure you are in total control and provide the highest level of availability. To ensure we can provide this service we have conducted extensive testing of various platforms and while we support multiple vendors our preferred vendors are Polycom, Dell and Quintum.
