Mobile callback
The mobile callback solution (Mobile Callback) is an integrated client-server solution that enables mobile phones to initiate calls using preferred SIP trunk routes. The solution seeks to fulfill the enterprise need for cheaper mobile communication by routing high value calls via a preferred voice path rather than the default operator’s network, thus exploiting existing costs savings features of an enterprise voice network.
Through this methodology, it eliminates all user behaviour issues, as users can seamlessly make calls internationally, whilst roaming or in home country from their mobile phones without changing any calling behaviour.
The software works on all Nokia Symbian S60 3rd Edition phones. There is also a Java client and a web client for non Symbian Nokia phones that may be used.

The software uses activation rules, which are set by default during the software push by the administrator. The activation rules can be centrally managed for various defined groups or user selected; and allow enhanced control of how the users calls are placed.
When installing the client on the mobile phones, user will be sent an email with a link "Download Mobile Callback". Following the on-screen instructions to download and install the application on to their phone. After successfully completing the installation, users can then login to the Mobile call Back App using their username and password.
From then on you can be sure your users mobile calls are handled correctly to ensure the highest level of cost reduction and user ease.
