- Improve staff education and utilisation of the new system
- Be a driving force, to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
- Report and mitigate issues
- Engage resources in areas such as management, service vendors, business segment leads etc
- Manage the process to reduce defects
- Be your point of contact, taking your feedback to provide an even better service in the future
