Reporting
Crosspoint provides a dedicated Reporting Service for all managed services from Crosspoint. Via our live monitoring systems every call that travels through the PBX is analyzed and stored in an SQL database. This information can provide valuable insights into user, departmental or company performance.
The reports can include:
- Real-time service performance statistics
- Detailed or summary statistics
- System capacity and usage
- Trunk capacity and usage
- User call lists and call accounting
- Service reports
- Ticket reports
- Scheduled and ad-hoc reporting
